Dynamics of Power

This SIG is about the dynamics of power and powerlessness and how this might relate to the prevention of bullying and harassment in organisations.

Extant literature on workplace bullying discusses the phenomenon as an imbalance of power creating disparity between those who possess the power and those who do not. We are interested in exploring what power and powerless involve and how individuals and organisations can address this disparity.
