Bevan Catley

Bevan is an Associate Professor in the School of Management (Albany) at Massey University (New Zealand). He is a director of the Healthy Work Group – a multidisciplinary team of researchers from Massey interested in psychosocial factors in workplace health and safety.

Bevan’s primary research focus has been on workplace bullying and workplace violence and he has published extensively on these topics. Bevan has been involved in some of the first large scale research projects to investigate workplace bullying and violence in the New Zealand context.

Bevan was the Chair for the 2016 IAWBH conference held in Auckland. He is also a Board member for the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management and an Associate Editor for the Journal of Management & Organization.
