Shayne Mathieson
Shayne qualified as a lawyer and operates as a management consultant. Her consultancy works with all kinds of equity and diversity issues including, but not limited to, harassment and bullying.
With her clients in all areas of the employment arena, Shayne works in training managers and staff, developing and refining policies, carrying out investigations and working on resolving conflict between parties.
Shayne is a proud “kiwi” from New Zealand bringing a southern hemisphere perspective to the Board.
