Ståle Einarsen

Ståle Einarsen is Professor in Work and Organisational Psychology at the University of Bergen, Norway, and Head of the Bergen Bullying Research Group. Einarsen has published extensively on issues related workplace bullying, leadership, and creativity and innovation in organisations during the last 20 years. He was one of the founding members of the International Association on Workplace Bullying and Harassment acting as a member for the first interim board. Einarsen acted as advisor to the Norwegian Government regarding workplace bullying and has co-edited two international volumes on bullying and harassment in the workplace. His work has appeared in journals such as Journal of Occupational and Organisational Psychology, Leadership Quarterly, Work and Stress, British Journal of Management, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology.
